Graze between six food stations while meeting our grape growers and learning about our winemaking process, our one-acre kitchen garden, and how Chef Ross and our kitchen team create a farm dining experience that pairs perfectly with our wines.

Ravine Vineyard – Reserve Red paired with Grilled striploin of beef with smoked eggplant and ricotta

Oppenlaender – Cabernet Franc paired with Grilled portabella mushroom with roasted peppers and kale

Oppenlaender – S&G Sauvignon Blanc paired with Goat’s cheese and arugula tartlettes

Buis – Gerwurztraminer paired with Vegetable Spring rolls and Citrus hot/sour pickle

Lepp – Peach cider paired with Foie gras torchon and Lowrey Bros. Honey-bourbon peaches

Ravine Vineyard – Reserve Riesling paired with House prosciutto and curried apple ‘salad’

Chefs Ross Midgley and John Vetere will speak to our local growing and sourcing philosophy; our gardener Laura Bitner will speak about the Ravine kitchen garden, and Juliette Orazietti and Martin Weber from Linc Farm at Southbrook will chat about the hogs from whence hails our prosciutto!
